ACCEPTED MEDIA AND FORMATS: CD • HIGH RES PDF (sent electronically) MAC (PREFERRED PLATFORM), HIGH RESOLUTION PDF (minimum of 300 dpi), Adobe Creative Suite 3: InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator
We PREFER a CD of the ad files and REQUIRE a HARD COPY of the ad*. If the ad file (PDF or JPEG) is sent electronically, a proof* is still required. *if not provided, we are not responsible for any problems that could occur
NATIVE FILES AND IMAGES: Adobe Creative Suite 3: InDesign, PhotoShop, or Illustrator is prefered. Please include any link (image) as a HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG, EPS, or PDF when submitting native files. Also include a HIGH RESOLUTION PDF of the entire ad on submitted CD for trouble free placement of ads into the magazine.

FONTS/IMAGES/SCANS/LOGOS, ETC: PREFERABLY Photoshop files in JPEG/EPS/PDF format. If possible, convert all fonts to outlines or please include all fonts. When creating a PDF please be sure to embed all fonts. NO True Type fonts.
PROOFS: A SWOP* (Digital Matchprint, IRIS SWOP proof, etc.) certified proof is REQUIRED.
Other formats, such as laser proofs will be used to proof content ONLY and NOT for color accuracy. *if not provided, we are not responsible for any problems that could occur
ALL ARTWORK FILES MUST BE IN CMYK MODE and HIGH RESOLUTION
(High Resolution: 300 dpi for Halftone images and 600 dpi for line art).
